Return policy
  • Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Please click the RETURN ITEMS (RMA#) button above.
  • Returns will be accepted for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or a Gift Card.
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. You may purchase a $15 pre-paid shipping label from our Returns Portal. $15 will be deducted from your refund.
  • All tags must be intact, and no name written on the garment.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
  • Hosiery, ties, swimwear and hair accessories are final sale for health reasons.
  • Discontinued, sale and custom items are final sale.
  • Discrepancies or defective items must be reported on receipt of package.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are only available by visiting our retail store.

If you require a different size or item and are unable to visit our store please place a new order online and request a RMA# for the return of your existing item(s).
